About Charlie

In my journey, the 2 most significant life events are first, being born into a Christian home with Christian values, morals and a core spiritual belief system, and secondly, when I was born again and gave my life to Christ. From the time I was born again, my heart’s desire is to serve in the helps ministry, which I do in multiple departments in my church.

I have a lifetime of serving events. From cooking and cleaning and serving at home, to serving the school in sports, serving classmates and serving in band and plays. In Boy Scouts where I learned to serve with dedication and sacrifice to each other, to our community and to our nation, where I learned about the character and duty required to be a good citizen and reverent person. I also served our country in military service, honorably and with distinction, learning about the responsibility of serving and leading others. 

To all my previous professions from serving customers with my technical, interpersonal as well troubleshooting abilities. Management for 10 years, where I learned to plan, organize, manage and serve my fellow teammates, to 25 plus years service to several manufacturing firms in disciplines from design, research and development, production, quality to management. 

In all those years I have learned about mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, electronics, computers, inspection, testing and auditing systems. I currently consult on management systems, in all areas from customer and supplier input management, product design verification and process development validation, managing production and shipping quality to handling external and internal noncompliance issues through corporate education and team participation.

The next phase of life, my journey now is to help your journey. About Charlie – As I reflect on my own experiences, struggles and challenges it was meant to prepare me to serve you along your path. I am now here to offer guidance, support and encouragement to you. So let us embark together and lift each other up every step of the way. In the next phase of life, my calling now is to help your calling to be an entrepreneur . Our patriarchs were land and business owners, not servants and slaves. I am here to help Christian entrepreneurs determine, define, design, and drive their calling and to continually develop their divine purpose for being created. I believe you are not an accident, but designed and created to be a blessing to Him and others.

I am now here to offer guidance, support and encouragement to you. So let us embark together and lift each other up every step of the way.
